When you post a workout on Equibase, you are making it available to the public and to trainers. You can make your workouts available only to certain people by setting up a password.

You can post workouts from the last 25 days online, directly from your stall or you can export the file from your software and send it to Workoutdata from your computer. The website allows you to enter information about each horse that is entered into the race, including any workouts that have been posted online or downloaded from the website.

When posting a workout on Equibase, you will need to know:

  • The name of the horse
  • The name of the trainer (or owner)
  • The date and location of the race
  • The track surface type (turf or dirt)
  • The distance of the race
  • Whether it was an allowance or stakes race

Step 1: Go to workoutstable.com and click the “Sign Up” button in the top right corner of the page

Step 2: Enter your racing license number (if you have one) and click “Register”

Step 4: Click the “My Account” button in the top right corner of any page and then click “Update Account Information”

Step 5: Enter your name, address, phone number(s), email address(es), and birthdate (MMDDYYYY) in the appropriate fields and then click “Update”

The partnership provides a new way to search for workouts using the workout database. A user can enter a horse’s name or owner and trainer and find out if that horse has worked recently. The results show the date of the workout and the distance of the workout as well as where it was run (if known).

A new section called “Workouts” has been added to equibase main page so users can easily access this information. The “Workouts” section also includes links to news articles about horses that have worked recently and links to videos of recent workouts posted on YouTube by various outlets including HRTV and Daily Racing Form (DRF-TV).
