Nestlé USA has recently been acquired by Ferrero International SA for $2.4 billion dollars. This means that all brands under Nestlé USA will now be owned by Ferrero International SA instead. This includes Oh Yeah! Nutrition as well as other brands such as Skinny Cow, Lean Cuisine and Hot Pockets.
