In The Wild
You can find Protein on wild Pokemon or in the wild itself. These are rare but if you catch them, they will be very valuable to you. They are also a good way to get other types of resources like food and medicine. If you want to get more protein, try catching as many animals as possible because they might have some protein stored away somewhere in their bodies that you can use later on!
